General

  • Our office is located at 200-227 Stafford St. We can be contacted through email at info@progressiverealestate.ca or by giving us a call at 204-808-9860.

  • Our office hours are Monday - Friday between 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

  • We have an online Resident Portal at https://progressive.payquad.com/#/login Through the portal you can book multi-purpose rooms, games room and lounge, guest suites, purchase overnight parking passes, and create repair/maintenance requests.

  • Rent is due on the 1st day of every month.

  • You can pay rent through pre-authorized payments.

  • We strictly have non-smoking buildings. The smoking of tobacco or cannabis is strictly prohibited within the rental unit. Smoking is only permitted on the unit’s exterior, exclusive use areas (i.e., patios, and balconies).

  • A maximum of two pets are permitted apart from dogs, provided a deposit of $250/pet is paid. No dogs are permitted on the premises.

  • Yes! Only Propane BBQs are allowed on balconies – no BBQs are permitted in the suites.

  • Yes, you’re allowed to change paint colours at your own expense after you have taken possession of the suite. However, they must be professionally changed back at the end of your tenancy.

  • There is an on-site resident manager who resides within the complex. The management staff handle suite repairs, resident complaints, overall building maintenance, exterior maintenance, etc.

The Edison

  • $30 monthly. Size: 3’ x 5’

  • There are linen-coloured roller blinds on all windows – patio door coverings are not provided.

  • Surface parking is $50 monthly - comes with a plug.

    Indoor/heated parking is $110 monthly and ONLY available for tenants residing within 463/465 Edison.

  • Visitor Parking is available from the hours of 6am-2am. Overnight (2am – 6am) visitor parking passes are available to purchase for $5 nightly through the resident portal. https://progressive.payquad.com/#/login

  • They are Located in the parking lot across from 463 Edison Avenue – 2 chargers are available.

  • There are two studio-style guest suites as well as a 2-bedroom guest suite (located at 455 and 463 Edison Avenue). Pricing and availability for these suites are on the Resident Portal. https://progressive.payquad.com/#/login

  • There are 120+ cameras throughout the complex that cover the entrances, storage rooms, halls, amenities and parking lot. Keyless FOB access only at all entrances with the exception of intercom access given by residents.

  • These rooms all come with a kitchenette, seating, TV with cable and internet access, and lounging areas. Board and card games are also in the room and available to use. Coffee and tea are provided in the rooms along with dishware.

    Residents can also book these rooms for events through the online Resident Portal on a first-come first-serve bases. A deposit will be required to book the room and will be refunded once the room is back to its original state of cleanliness.

  • All residents have access to the fitness centres. The fitness facility is for resident use only and is available 24/7.

  • A sauna is available for resident use only and is located in the fitness centre at 463 Edison Avenue. Clothing and a towel must be worn when in the sauna.

  • An outdoor pool and patio area are open throughout the summer months. Opening and closing dates vary depending on the weather. The patio area is also equipped with a gas BBQ that is available for resident use.

  • Community gardens will be available through a lottery system per season.

  • There is a garbage chute located in each building. Large recycling and garbage bins are located on the first floor in the refuse room.

  • WIFI is available in the lobbies, multi-purpose rooms, games room and lounge, fitness facilities, and guest suites.

  • Yes!

Parkview Terrace

  • $25 monthly. Size – 3’ x 5’ – chain-link style located in the lowest level parking garage.

  • There are white horizontal blinds on all windows – patio door coverings are not provided.

  • Surface parking is $50 monthly - comes with a plug.

    Indoor/heated parking is $110 monthly.

  • There are 56+ cameras throughout the complex that cover the entrances, storage rooms, halls, amenities and parking lot. Keyless FOB access only at all entrances with the exception of intercom access given by residents.

  • Equipped with a kitchenette, seating, TV with cable and internet access, and lounging areas. Board and card games are also in the room and available to use. Coffee and tea are provided in the rooms along with dishware.

  • A wand car wash is located in the underground parking garage and is available at no cost for all residents.

  • All residents have access to the fitness centre. The fitness centre is for resident use only and is available 24/7.

  • A concierge service will be available to all residents.
